Light: Needs bright but indirect light, and ideally kept in temperatures above 15°c

Water: Requires light watering in order to avoid root rot. Water when the top 2 inches of soil is dry, and allow excess water to run off. Yellow leaf tips indicate not enough water

Soil/Nutrition: Coarse, well-draining houseplant or orchid potting mix, feed monthly in spring and summer

Humidity: Enjoys regular misting, or a pebble tray to replicate the humid rainforest environment

Pruning and propagation: Remove old, faded leaves and flowers, and keep leaves dust free. Can be propagated by either stem cuttings or by splitting the plant in spring
